Delete Your Data

How to permanently remove everything Catch knows about you

Catch has no accounts and no server holding your content — deletion is instant, on your device, and requires nothing from us.

In the app (recommended)

Open Settings

Tap the settings control on the Home screen.

Go to Data

Choose "Data & privacy" from the settings list.

Delete everything

Tap "Delete everything", then confirm. There is no waiting period.

Done

Catch returns to its first-launch state. Nothing is retained anywhere.

What gets deleted

All caught thoughts, feelings, body notes, context tags, relief ratings, your constellation, Path progress, sparks, and app settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — we cannot recover it for you, because we never had it.

Uninstalling also works

Removing Catch from your iPhone or Android device permanently deletes all of its local data. Note: uninstalling does not cancel a Catch Plus subscription (when offered) — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Data held by us

If you opted into anonymous diagnostics or emailed our support, you can request erasure of that data under GDPR / CCPA by emailing privacy@mikd.at from any address (no proof of identity needed — the data is anonymous). We complete all requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
